So much about Aimee's talk resonated for me,

from

"All you really need is one person to show you the epiphany of your own power and you're off!"

to her explanation of the remarkable and heartbreaking "Streaming Trials" study,

to the line that still echoes in my mind:

"The only true disability is a crushed spirit"

this is well worth the time to watch.
