rotflmao... this is ridiculous and hilarious and beautiful. thanks, lee!

(though i have to say: weren't, like, 95% of anne rice's vampires gay?)

Why thank you, Lisa. I hope you've picked yourself up off the floor. And I think you're right about Anne Rice having gay vampires, but in rather typical Hollywood style, the "gay" stuff never made it into the film versions of her Vampire Chronicles. I was so disappointed when I saw the first one...

Too, too funny. Thanks for the serenade, now I've got disco playing in my head, in a Marvin-Gaye-kind-of-way.

Ahahahaha!

Loved this, Lee. And Anne Rice's vamps were decidedly bi, if not gay. And they were HOTT, too. I would have so enjoyed a hot Cruise-Pitt scene too (because like most straight women, I like my guy on guy scenes - heck it's one of the only reasons to keep watching Brothers & Sisters).

The closest thing to gay vamps in the Twilight books are the three chick vamps from the jungle who turn up in Breaking Dawn. But even then, one can't tell if they're lesbians, or just really good friends.

Here I was hoping that Twilight's movie version would at least be a little slashy. I guess I will be over here in fandom dreaming about the Twilight AU fanfic where Bella never moves to Forks and Edward and Jacob have a forbidden affair. >.>

Do you know the moon is full right about NOW? Are those teeth really fake? You've kinda got them Edward-ish chiseled looks. Did you put rouge on? I'm sort of wondering...hey, if you ARE a vampire, I'll still be your friend. From afar.

That was awesome, Lee. I laughed like an idiot. However, it is a shame that the singing career(s) didn't work out.

Hahahahahahaahaha!!
(Your Tarzan was too disco!! Double Hahahahahahahaah!!)
But hey! Everyone said (retrospectively) that Willow's Vampire gayness on Buffy "clearly" foreshadowed her character's coming out later. Which would imply, if we all lived in the reality where vampires ruled the world, none of us would need to hide.

That was hilarious and cute!! Really great. Loved it, and I enjoyed seeing and hearing you again (in virtual form) after meeting you in Portland. :)

You'd think that vampires would get a little bored after being alive for hundreds of years and try playing for the other team, ya know?? I was always amused by the setup in Steel Beach by John Varley, set in a future where people live so much longer that they end up getting a sex change every time they get bored. :D

Loved this, especially since the series I am working on now, my main vampire is gay, and has quite a fondness for Mint Juleps, Truman Capote and Tennessee Williams.

Finally got a chance to watch this, and loved it! Really hilarious stuff. I agree that Anne Rice's vampires were both gay (or bi) and hot.

Um, well, actually gay vampires are quite prevalent in vampire literature: Anne Rice, Laurel K. Hamilton, even Bram Stoker's subtext.

But funny, very funny. I just want to know: why do the Twilight Vampires sparkle?

If you are looking for some gay vampires, you may want to check out the teen series "House of Night" by PC and Kristen Cast.

Damien and his boyfriend Jack are essential (and adorable!)members of the ensemble.
